This bands in particular are perfect for your stretching and yoga routine and can help you with mobility workouts. They comes with 3 different resistance and you can notice the difference between them and scale your exercise to fit your level. The material is pleasant, comfortable and easy to clean or sanitize. These resistance bands are perfect, first time as I have a shoulder injury. Also now I use them for resistance training, these are real good quality.
As someone who trains with weights, I was surprised to find just how much these bands were able to replicate many of the exercises I do with weights and still provide just as good a workout as the weights do. They're stretchy without giving in too much, the range of resistances feel appropriate. There’s also no smell at all, they aren't too hard on my hands despite me doing a full-body workout with them.
Good quality and does the job
I am very happy with the bands, they are packed in a bag keeping them neatly folded up and the bag fits in my gym bag easily. They are very good quality and I have used them during my pilates class. They definitely make the workout more intense which is what I was looking for. I also found the link to the video very useful in how to use them at home.
