Hurts so good! a must have if you've got cramping feet

if you are used to rolling on tennis balls or those foam balls, this is a step up in hardness. It works great on my arch area of my foot, which tends to cramp on me. I need to try it on my neck, spine area, but haven't had the chance and it wasn't what I ordered it for anyway.

I suggest starting out sitting down so you can adjust the pressure level on the ball until you're used to it.

Great Design Means Easy Use

Tried several of other tools on site. Most looked medieval but failed to provide what they claimed so went back to using the Fitbeast massage roller for a while until I saw it. Fitbeast massage roller has 2 different massage sides and good tutorials on using this as well in case youre not familiar with using something similar before. Highly recommend integrating this tool into your routine.

Great massage ball setup for targeting sore points and knots.

I own a grooved medium density roller that I’m very happy with but I find that frequently, especially when I’m working my lower back my spin gets caught by the ridges rather than in the groves as desired. With this massage ball combo, it’s much easier to hit my trigger points without accidentally assaulting my spine. I find it effective in targeting sore areas all up and down my back.
