Five Finger Exercise Relaxation
The Five Finger Exercise Relaxation technique involves the following steps:

1. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down with your eyes closed.
2. Begin by taking a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose, and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
3. Focus your attention on your left thumb. As you breathe in, gently squeeze your left thumb with your other hand, and as you exhale, release the pressure. Repeat this process three times.
4. Move to your left index finger and repeat the squeezing and releasing process, working your way through each finger on your left hand.
5. Once you have completed the left hand, shift your focus to your right thumb and repeat the process, working your way through each finger on your right hand.
6. As you progress through each finger, focus on the sensations and let go of any tension or stress you may be holding in that particular finger.
7. Continue the exercise for 5-10 minutes or until you feel a sense of deep relaxation and peace.
