Each of the 5 resistance tubes is 48" long. In addition, each tube is color-coded so that you can easily identify it. Different colors represent different resistance levels: yellow (10 lbs), blue (15 lbs), green (20 lbs), black (25 lbs), and red (30 lbs). You can use each resistance bands with handles alone or in combination according to your needs. The resistance levels range from 10 lbs to 100 lbs.

Abrí el paquete y me gustó lo que vi, es un conjunto de 5 bandas elásticas de distintas resistencias con las que puedes realizar multitud de ejercicios para obtener una buena tonalidad física de tu cuerpo, para ello puedes visionar muchos vídeos que hay en distintas plataformas.
Pero además la marca te da la posibilidad de realizar ejercicios específicos, ya que el producto trae una guía para ello.
Tanto las bandas como las asas aparenta de buena calidad, mi primer contacto con ellas me ha gustado bastante.
Otro detalle a resaltar es que si pones todas las bandas a la vez a trabajar, la resistencia del conjunto es bastante fuerte, ideal para ejercicios de remo y apoyo a dominadas.
Ideal para realizar ejercicios físicos con distintas resistencias.

Very impressed with these bands. I’ve had others which were awful. I’ve recommended these to 4 friends which have all purchased them. They are a great addition to the home gym and wish I’d found these weeks ago as I wouldn’t of spent so much on equipment as these can do the lot and are great quality.
