I recently bought this set for myself and being a former competitive bodybuilder, I grew up using free weights, but with the pandemic I got used to working out at home and trying different things, including bands. This set of bands has been put to the test with stretch and weight (I often use the 50 and 40 lbs together), and they've held up. The door attachment and leg straps added variety. I'm confident they will stand the test of time and strength and even just bought the 100 lb set for my girlfriend.
The product is very good at this price. It has good width adjustment option along with a scale marking which will make your work easier. You might take a minute or two to figure out how it fits. Once the assembly is done you are all set. I am about 170lbs and it could hold well. Totally safe, robust and sturdy.
This thing is great! I don’t have that much space for a regular stand up bar, and I hate the over the door frame pull up bars, so this was the perfect thing for me. I thought it was going to feel like it was slipping but I’m happy that it doesn’t. I have used it a lot so far and I have no issues. 10/10 for me
