The rubber stuff is built really good but the plastic things are really poorly built

Good fits in hand nicely, helps and strengthens well, looking forward to use it more
The items are well made, all have their purpose. They come in a neat bag too. However the grip strength is not really 60 KG. It is definitely less than that. Compare this to a Captains of Crush No.1 (140 lb) where I have great difficulty with closing even once.
If you are using the for medical reasons, then there are no issues. However for someone looking to really see an improvement in grip strength for lifting purposes it's not optimal.
