I recently bought this set for myself and being a former competitive bodybuilder, I grew up using free weights, but with the pandemic I got used to working out at home and trying different things, including bands. This set of bands has been put to the test with stretch and weight (I often use the 50 and 40 lbs together), and they've held up. The door attachment and leg straps added variety. I'm confident they will stand the test of time and strength and even just bought the 100 lb set for my girlfriend.

The product is very good at this price. It has good width adjustment option along with a scale marking which will make your work easier. You might take a minute or two to figure out how it fits. Once the assembly is done you are all set. I am about 170lbs and it could hold well. Totally safe, robust and sturdy.

This thing is great! I don’t have that much space for a regular stand up bar, and I hate the over the door frame pull up bars, so this was the perfect thing for me. I thought it was going to feel like it was slipping but I’m happy that it doesn’t. I have used it a lot so far and I have no issues. 10/10 for me

This bar exceeded my expectations! It came with an easy to understand instruction insert that made assembling a breeze. The grips of the sides are designed to keep the bar in place without scratching or ruining your door frame which was the main thing I was afraid of. The big feature that sets this pull-up bar above others is the ability to set it up at any height on your doorway. Not only can you set it high for pull-ups but also down low as an anchor for sit-ups. Overall I was very impressed!

I ordered this pullup bar to put in the doorway to my office. I committed to myself that each time I enter or leave the room I will do a pullup. I love that this product doesn't have any screws and I can easily install it wherever it is needed. It is very durable and the grip width and material is perfect. Well worth the price.

I really like this bar compared to pull up bars I've used previously. The bar is minialistic yet sturdy while offering a lot of versatility as you can do more than just pull ups with it. Its easy to reposition quickly so you can lower or raise the bar within the door frame with a twist after unlocking it by sliding the red locking discs out of the way then back when you want to relock it. I've done this to do inclined pushups and combined it with resistance bands for even more ways to workout. I'm getting a lot of use out of it that's for sure. I've included pics to compare to other bars I've used.

This is the perfect set for speed and agility training. Quality is on point, has a carrying bag to make it easy to travel with.

My favorite item is the hurdles and how they are able to easily adjust to higher or lower heights just by twisting the legs. The training rope is fantastic, the elastic bands and jump rope are just bonuses. The value is really in the other items.

Came with everything I need for agility training. The ladder is very long and comes with a number of cones and stretching bands. Everything seems durable for a home gym.

I have been using Fitbeast bodyweight products for years. It gets cold where I live and I wanted something to keep my toddler active in the winter and we all could use in the summer. Everything seems sturdy and well built. The cones have survived my toddler son so far and that is rather rare.

I purchased the set to help with my plyometric workouts on my local high school's football field and track. This set is high quality and will take abuse from the high impact of your workouts. I love using the cones, adjustable hurdles, and the ladder on the turf for agility drills. The jump rope is solid for warm ups and the 5 different strength resistance bands are great for conditioning muscles in your legs. If you're working out with someone else, the resistance rope is comfortable for some fun hard drills.

This includes just about everything I wanted for my agility sessions. The quality is mixed however. The ladder, bars, cones and the resistance tube are the high quality I'm used to receiving from Fitbeast. However, the jump rope broke the first time I used it, the handle cracked after it hit the ground and it came apart from the rope. The resistance bands feel flimsy. Other than that this is a good set. Update: great customer service. The company sent a new kit and the new jump rope is fine.

This is a great set that offers a lot of value. I’ll start with the ladder, it has adjustable lengths which is perfect for kids and adults. The set includes several resistance bands, they are wide and comfortable and durable. The jump rope has a great weigh with comfy handles. The adjustable hurdles were a really nice surprise. And to boot, it comes with a large carrying case. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

Very stable, not slippery. Definitely holds my body weight well.
