Great addition to home gym

My husband and I built a home gym during covid and this is a great addition to our equipment. We already have good dumbbells, and this makes it very easy to get those forearms, wrists, and biceps.

Forearm Roller

This forearm roller is beefy! It's got large, comfortable handles, and a a heavy duty strap, caribiner, and extension strap. It's a decent weight on its own, which adds a bit to whatever you are rolling. It's designed well with the strap securely fastened to the roller and the extension strap available to thread through for odd sized weights. This makes it versatile and easy to use with dumbell, kettlebells, plates, or other items. I dare say you could use a cinder block if need be! It's marked with percentages which I guess aid in tell you how close to fully wound you are? I'm not sure this is strictly necessary as its easy to see, but it doesn't hurt to have. Overall I'm very impressed with the build quality and absolutely think it's worth the money. Recommended for sure!

Wrist roller with absolutely no complaints

This wrist roller is a game changer for arms day. And I don't think I've ever said this before but I can't think of anything I would change.

Pros: The handle grips a bigger around (thicker) than other versions I've seen. The texture on the grips gives your hands good traction, with or without gloves on. The extender strap is nice if you're going around something big, and if the extender makes the strap too long, you can just stand on a weight bench. The percentage marks on the strap was a surprise and made me chuckle, but I could see it being a legit need, like if you're counting reps and you can't quite get another full rep, you could record how close you got to completing that final rep. It comes with an instruction booklet that is well-written and has helpful images; it shows how to attach weights, how to use the extension, several exercise variations you can do and which muscles will be targeted. No sharp metal anywhere. Aluminum carabiner and D ring. Lightweight yet durable. It comes in a gift-able, attractive package.

Cons: None that I can think of. The only thing would be if any part of it breaks. It seems like solid construction so I don't think that's likely. But if it happens I'll come edit my review. I do wrist rollers almost every arm day, so this thing is about to get a lot of use.

Overall this is amazing and not just because it's replacing my homemade wooden dowel/parachute cord/climbing carabiner contraption that I've been using for years. Great value for the money imho. And a great gift idea.

Versatile

This is pretty handy for those forearm exercises you always neglected to do xD But honestly, this is versatile, and you can use this will all kinds of exercise equipment and even things around the house (backpack filled with bags of rice, water jugs, etc). COVID has made people look for exercise solutions at home, and this helps! there's a helpful instruction guide and an extra strap :)

Simple and Very Effective

I've never tried one of these before, but have been having problems with my hands giving out before my back muscles on pull ups, so I thought I'd give this a try. I'm so glad I did. First couple sets with light weight absolutely you're me out. It will be great to be able to isolate those muscles to get them up to speed.

This particular unit is strong and well made. It's a simple design with quality materials and good stitching, so it'll probably last a long time. Large grip on the bar is definitely the way to go.

Highly recommend.

Just what I needed

Recently learned that I've been underestimating forearm strength training and missing it out for long.

The wrist roller looks simple, but you see a quality product. I like the grip that is made of hard and durable polymer (?), but not of squish foam material. The grip size is perfect as well. Tried it with my kettle bell and it works great. Just what I needed and I like it a lot.

Top quality

I looked at a very similar wrist roller on another website but was double the price so I took a chance on this one and I'm really impressed.
Honestly can't see why you would pay more.

A Practical Kit for Grip Strength Training

I recently explored the FitBeast Grip Strength Trainer Kit and found it to be a well-thought-out solution for grip training and recovery. The adjustable resistance grip trainer allows tension to be adjusted from 10 to 160 lbs, making it suitable for users at different levels. The mechanical rep counter at the base of the handle tracks each repetition, which is a useful addition for monitoring progress. The tension adjustment mechanism works smoothly and allows for a tailored workout.

As someone who plays guitar, I found this kit particularly helpful for strengthening my fingers, wrist, and forearm. Its been a great aid in improving my ability to play bar chords and manage high action guitars more comfortably. The variety of tools in the kit, including the massage ball, finger exerciser, squeeze ball, grip ring, and finger stretcher, ensures that multiple muscle groups are worked, which is essential for consistent improvement.

The build quality appears durable, with materials that feel sturdy and handles designed to fit comfortably in the hand. The stainless steel coil on the grip trainer adds to the durability of the kit, while the ergonomic handle ensures it can be used for longer sessions without discomfort.

Overall, the FitBeast Grip Strength Trainer Kit provides a comprehensive range of tools that cater to different needs, making it a practical choice for anyone looking to improve grip strength or recover from injuries. I highly recommend it, and it would make a fantastic gift for fitness enthusiasts or anyone needing to regain strength after an injury.

Fitbeast Grip Strength Kit

Insgesamt top!

Good

Good resistances, came in case. 4 resistance levels extremely useful. Started with lowest bar and advance higher over a couple weeks if no pain.

The video link for product very helpful. Contained exercises that my occupational therapist showed me so they are definitely legit. This product is about much better deal than the theraband ones in terms of price.

Good quality and step up resistance.

I like that the different thickness/resistance of the bands changes with the color. The bands work great and you can definitely feel the increase of resistance the thicker the band gets. It comes with a bag for easy portability and an attachment to put behind a door when traveling. I use these at my home gym and have various hooks so I dont use that part. It also came with 2 padded handles but I dont use those either. Overall a good resistance band set.

Fantastic tools for my home gym

I am a pole dancer that often trains alone on my home pole. I use these bands for flexibility training, but I also use them for assisted inverts and handsprings on my pole, since I dont have a spotter. They work beautifully and are very high-quality. They are also super durable and dont lose stretch even with long-term repeated use. I love how versatile this set is since it has so many different bands, and they are also easy to throw in my gym bag and bring along to the studio when I want to. The cute colors are just an added bonus!

Simple and Effective, nice grip strengthener.

This is a nice grip strengthener, the product description describes it well. It starts at 10 lbs of resistance, and you simply turn the dial and can put it up to 132 lbs of resistance. The packaging (and the product description) show multiple ways to use this to focus on different muscles, which is helpful as well. It seems like it is made of good quality, and I think it will last awhile. I think this is a great value for the price as well! Very satisfied with this product.

Nice set

My mom is using these for her occupational therapy to recover from a wrist break and they are really helping her. She said theyre firm enough to give enough resistance, but theyre not so firm that theyre painful to use. The netting material that surrounds them keeps them from getting dirty and picking up lint and the mesh pouch is helpful to keep them all together.

Very Good Grip/Hand Strengthener, Adjustable Resistance too

I have bought/used several hand grip workout tools over the years and I really like this one the most for the price point, even better than one that are double or triple the price. You can adjust the resistance as your work out and/or as you gain strength, making it last longer and you don't outgrow it as your need more resistance. Adjusting resistance is easy and you can use the knob to twist to loosen or tighten the resistance spring. there is a gauge as well so you can see the resistance level you are setting it to.

The grip seems to fit most hands. I have semi-large hands and it fits better than my other hand grip devices, and it is more comfortable to. So I have gotten rid of the other ones laying around the house and office and started using only this one. My wife finds it pleasant to use and hold as well.

I also like the versatility in using it for fingers, whole hand, and in reversed grip workouts. It's also a great fidget type device to use while on the phone or watching a zoom meeting. Great grip at a great value - plus a bunch of flexibility/versatility. Highly recommended!

Comfortable grip

This is a good set for the money and the build quality is great, it shows you the scale too very easy to manipulate. Confortable grip.

Adjustability

Sturdy construction and the adjustability is fantastic. This is so much better than using multiple silicone balls although this product does include a ball and finger work out tool. Finally a product from Gina that isnt a piece of crap like their government.
