I like that the different thickness/resistance of the bands changes with the color. The bands work great and you can definitely feel the increase of resistance the thicker the band gets. It comes with a bag for easy portability and an attachment to put behind a door when traveling. I use these at my home gym and have various hooks so I don��t use that part. It also came with 2 padded handles but I don��t use those either. Overall a good resistance band set.

I am a pole dancer that often trains alone on my home pole. I use these bands for flexibility training, but I also use them for assisted inverts and handsprings on my pole, since I don��t have a spotter. They work beautifully and are very high-quality. They are also super durable and don��t lose stretch even with long-term repeated use. I love how versatile this set is since it has so many different bands, and they are also easy to throw in my gym bag and bring along to the studio when I want to. The cute colors are just an added bonus!

This bands kit is a great addition to a workout kit. There are 6 total bands ranging up in weight, along with accessories inudong a door anchor, padding, and a carry bag. I love that each band has a weight range on it. This is so helpful, as bands will change resistance as stretched and released. This gives you more of an idea of what you are pulling and over what range. The color coding makes it easy to pull the correct one off a rack, and the carry bag and door anchor make this set portable for on the go training. Finally the included exercise sheet teaches you all the ways you cab use these in your workouts. Would absolutely recommend!

I had always been skeptical about the quality of a workout you could get from resistance bands before I tried it for myself. I transitioned to a home gym setup this past year after the birth of our daughter. The bands come with a small booklet filled with exercise ideas, but if you run out of ideas, simply watch some YouTube Videos.

I'm relatively new to focused weightlifting and regular workouts. Resistance from bands differs from the resistance you get from gravity when using free weights, so there's a slight learning curve. The set comes with a small poster showing a variety of exercises for your whole body, and a QR code is provided that leads to videos for further instruction. I've been focusing more on adding lower body and back exercises with these resistance band��since in all honesty I hate leg and back day at the gym. With these bands I can work out while waiting on the laundry or watching Netflix.

There is a misspelling on the poster. "Build a Big Bace" is a section showing how to work out your back muscles. Otherwise, the packaging care and attention to quality for the bands themselves show an effort to deliver a high-quality product. A relatively cheap but still useful drawstring bag is also provided for transporting these bands during travel.
