Ordered one of these a couple years ago. Have used it off and on a fair bit. I had it cranked down as tight as it could go recently and the handle snapped. Was gonna buy a new one but figured I'd ask about warranty. They got right back to me and sent me an entire new kit (hand grip and extras) no questions asked just sent a pic of my broken one. So I would definitely recommend and maybe don't crank it down as heavy as you can!
Debated buying all three wheels but glad I did. It's nice to work from less intense to more intense on your back.
Really glad I purchased them. I've had them for three weeks now. The muscles along my spine are usually tight and sore from work and rolling my back every night has kept them loose. I didn't do it for two nights and my back was tight and sore the following morning. These are worth it for me.
Sprained my back and got this to help my spine. Easier than going to the chiropractor and more accessible, plus the price is right. Only used it for the first time today (the soft side) but I immediately felt it digging into the knots in my back and that was a pleasure. Felt my back start to open up and I felt surprisingly good after just a minute of rolling. I didn’t even relax all the way this time, and I know that’s supposed to make it work even better. Going to work my way up to more time on it and do it consistently and will update after long term use.
I use these quite often and found them very effective. They hold to my skin and floor easily so that I can slowly roll on them.
I got this after having trouble gripping the bar during deadlifts and lat pull downs. There's a variety of tools in the pack that help to strengthen every movement within your hand's range of motion. I've had notable improvements in my grip strength just after a week of use (maybe 20-30 min throughout the day at the office). Worth it, worth it, worth it!
The different sizes really help you to get a deep massage in different places. It’s very helpful to loosen up tight muscles, but make sure to read the directions for placement/usage. Great product!

I've had a pack of resistance bands for a while now and have no complains about the quality at all (on the contrary they are really good). But one of them split the other day why using it. It took no more than 24 hs to have a replacement delivered to my door. I like it the most that it can touch the muscles of my whole body. When it's combined, I use it to massage the muscles on either side of the spine in my back. After taking it apart, I massage the soles of my feet with the softer ball and my shoulders with the harder ball.
There are two separate massage balls, each with a different texture, that can be screwed together. First of all it should have come with an illustrated instruction booklet. I never used massage balls before and really needed some guidance. After googling it and watching several videos on YouTube I tried it out on the balls of my feet. Boy did that feel good! I then used it on my shoulders and it really relaxed the tension and did a good job. I will definitely be using this on a regular basis. Seems to be well-made and I expect will last a long time.
too lazy to include pics but it's really nice! i'm very happy with this purchase. its nicely packaged and although the hand gripper is a bit dusty, it works well. came quickly and in good condition too! i just got it today so can't say anything about durability, but seems good

There's a hard side and a soft side. Hubby prefers hard side, I like the soft. I need assistance to use (hubby holds my hands up and holds some of my body weight, so I don't fall).

This is a very durable circle with two different patterns of pressure and massage. Both are somewhat comfortable but that will depend on your weight placement and rolling ability. I like that there is a QR code on the back so its easy to know where to get help if you need it. Would recommend!
